Job Description:
Testing Center Assistant is a 20-25 hours a week position with varying schedule to include weekdays, evenings and Saturdays. Main responsibilities are to administer and proctor computer-based and paper-based exams for the College and record scores into PeopleSoft computer system. Assure that all testing services are provided in accordance with regulations, standards, and guidance from college administratorsand software vendors. General office and clerical work is expected such as answering phones, emailing, faxing, data entry, filing, etc. Customer service duties include assisting students and faculty fulfilling testing needs in a courteous and respectful manner. This position closes on November 8, 2009. This position is $9.00 based upon education & experience.
Requirements:
This position requires: High school diploma One year proven customer service experience Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn Must be able to multi-task with a positive attitude while being a team player
